The Heathrow project was comprised of the construction of a new 360-room hotel at Terminal 2 Heathrow Airport. To overcome the site constraints due to close proximity to the main T2 car park flyover and a cantilevered surface, it required a solution that surpassed the limitations of traditional scaffolding. Mast climbing proved to be the answer.
To address the unique demands of the Heathrow Airport hotel build, we designed a strategic setup of 13 positions, incorporating a combination of BFT120s and BFT90s. These mast climbers, deployed in both single and twin configurations, provided the much-needed flexibility and adaptability required for the project.
