Parker Tower included a refurbishment and extension of the building. This ambitious project involved converting a commercial property into 46 stunning residential homes, including a 2-storey roof extension and modifications to the external elevations.

The project opted for BFT mast climbers instead of scaffolding due to their ability to safely and efficiently lift the facade’s stone cladding into position. Given the project’s impressive height of eighteen floors, a combination of twin and single configurations using BFT120s was employed strategically.

By leveraging the advantages of mast climbers, the project achieved significant time and labour savings.
