Board members
Andy joined BFT in 2020 as CFO progressing to CEO in Autumn 2021. With over 20 years of experience in the rental industry including time served in the Plant Hire, Temporary Seating, Events and Exhibitions industries Andy brings a diverse wealth of experience to the BFT team.

Andy Perry
A mastclimbing pioneer, Jason founded BFT in 1997 alongside Robin Head and was integral in the BFT move to becoming a masclimbing specialist. Starting out in scaffolding, and now with a career that spans 20 years in the industry, today he leads the daily operations at BFT.

Jason Harris
Having devoted an entire career to BFT, few know mastclimbing better than Dwayne. Clients benefit greatly from his specialist expertise and experience working across sales, pre-construction and marketing.

Dwayne Head
Prior to joining BFT in 2024 David had over 25 years in senior finance roles across Professional & Financial Services, leading multinational teams and delivering PE transactions, major systems rollouts and process automation.

David Goodsell
Senior Managers
Nick brings over 30 years’ experience in both Commercial & Sales and Support Operations, holds Green Belt Six Sigma certification and is an Appointed Person for Lifting Operations.

Nick Colloff
Steve has worked with mastclimbing his entire career and today provides IPAF MCWP training to staff and clients alike. He is currently establishing the BFT Training Academy, a competence enhancing platform for all our staff.

Steve McEwan
Joined in Nov 2020 after 18 years in numerous sales, business development and leadership roles in the travel hire industry. Rob brings a wealth of experience in customer engagement, client development and delivering strategic business growth.

Rob Munns
Governance
Prior to joining BFT as non - executive Chairman John gained over 25 years in leadership and board roles having served as CFO, COO and then CEO of equipment rental business HSS Hire Group plc giving John significant experience in the construction services market. Prior to HSS John was Finance Director of Screwfix and has extensive M&A experience with both GE Capital and Kingfisher plc. Johns experience ranges across both the public and private equity markets and in the UK and other European markets.

John Gill
Tristan brings a wealth of cross-sector investment experience to Equistone, having previously lead M&As at Nomura and private equity transactions at KPMG. As a board member for BFT Mastclimbing, Tristan is involved in the overall company direction and focus.
